Qualifications and experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Health Promotion, Biokinetics, Public Health, Nursing, Wellness Management or relevant qualification.
- Computer literacy in MS Office applications.
- Appropriate valid driver’s licence.
- Five years’ relevant work experience.
Job purpose:
- Initiating, organising and implementing wellness programs to improve the well-being of employees by helping them to make healthy choices to reach their full potential, to limit the burdens of disease, increase productivity and morale and to reduce the absenteeism rate in the NMBM.
- As part of the selection process, candidates may be tested on any requirement, skill or competency, which will include pre-employment screening, medical examination, security vetting and psychometric assessment.
