Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 Years Previous experience in automotive sales – Essential
- Min Grade 12/ Senior Cerificate
- Language proficiency requirements due to customer base:
- English required, Afrikaans and/or other South African languages advantageous
- Computer Literate and competent in MS Office
- Valid Driverās License
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- High level of self-motivation, initiative and integrity
- Sales and client services background essential
- A proactive attitude and a natural flair for building relationships.
- A confident, engaging personality with a touch of charm and empathy.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong networks within the motor industry to drive brand visibility and business growth.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and strategic selling.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand your customer portfolio and increase market share.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process with precision, ensuring a seamless customer experience and high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.
- Foster lasting relationships with both internal and external clients by delivering professional, efficient, and customer-centric service.
- Uphold Dealer Standards and consistently operate within defined work processes and compliance frameworks.
