Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share for pre-owned vehicles
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process from initial contact to post-sale follow-up
- Conduct test drives and showcase vehicles to potential customers
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals effectively
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market
- Work closely with the finance and insurance team to facilitate the sales process and ensure smooth transactions for customers
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, specifically within the pre-owned vehicle market
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Knowledge of financing and insurance options for vehicle sales is advantageous
