Role Context
- Day-to-day transport management via various communication channels for all products.
- Day-to-day transport management to ensure successful deliveries of various transport channels.
- Updating of the transport flagged report.
- Requesting ticket amendments from Tharisa mine as and when required and sending them to relevant parties.
- Saving of Maputo port and Richards Bay slab reports provided by the service providers.
- Drafting incident reports for review by Operations Manager.
- Reconcile medical invoices between Tharisa, Arxo and the transporters. Have clean transporter debtors due to on time payments.
Qualifications
- Grade 12;
Job Specific experience
- Work experience as a transport controller,
- Updating various WhatsApp groups with daily planning,
- MS Office: Word and Excel,
- Microsoft and any other programs relative to logistical activities.
