Job Description

  • A leading player in the manufacturing and industrial sector is seeking a Temporary Stores Admin to support its dynamic operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, detail-oriented professional looking to gain exposure in a fast-paced and process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, and store transactions.
  • Process documentation related to incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Liaise with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure efficient flow of materials.
  • Perform regular stock takes and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure store areas are organized, compliant, and meet company safety standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the Stores Supervisor and wider operations team.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar administrative/stores role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and stock management systems.
  • Syspro is non-negotiable
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be available immediately and willing to commit to a temporary assignment.
