Job Description
- A leading player in the manufacturing and industrial sector is seeking a Temporary Stores Admin to support its dynamic operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, detail-oriented professional looking to gain exposure in a fast-paced and process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, and store transactions.
- Process documentation related to incoming and outgoing stock.
- Liaise with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure efficient flow of materials.
- Perform regular stock takes and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure store areas are organized, compliant, and meet company safety standards.
- Provide administrative support to the Stores Supervisor and wider operations team.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar administrative/stores role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and stock management systems.
- Syspro is non-negotiable
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available immediately and willing to commit to a temporary assignment.
