Job Description
- We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Claremont area for temp position.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries and complaints in a timely manner, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The candidate will be based at Cavendish Square Mall.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide friendly and personalized service to all customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide solutions.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Recommend improvements to customer service processes and procedures.
- Work with POS systems
- Work with cash credit and debit cards
- Knowledge of Cavendish Square will be an advantage
- Able to work on weekends as well as public holidays when required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
