Key outputs and responsibilities:
- The Production Technical Traineeship is primarily a hands-on, self-study program where the Trainee is expected to gain a full understanding of the theory, principles and operation of the Maltings Plant
- Participation in projects in Production Maltings aligned to the program requirements and Plant priorities
- Apply VPO principles
- Diagnosis of systemic and situational problems and troubleshooting
- Participation in team structures including acting roles in identified leadership positions within the Production department
- Communication of learnings and solutions across various levels of the business
Profile:
- A Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biological sciences, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or equivalent BTech
