  • As a Technical Lead: Communications Platforms, you’ll be supporting the delivery of both strategic and technical solutions for our communications platforms across the player lifecycle, covering data-driven customer communication across push, email, SMS and other channels. This will help us excel at customer engagement, to stay ahead of the game.

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table

The necessary skills that we require for this role include:

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio).
  • Strong understanding of other CRM platforms and communications ecosystems.
  • Skilled in customer data management, segmentation, and targeting strategies.
  • Proficient in SQL, AMPscript, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP APIs for configuration and integration.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Consistent delivery of high-quality work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Effective communicator with experience training and upskilling users.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Collaborative team player focused on achieving shared goals.
  • Results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insigts.

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

  • Experience with ESP migration and API/data feed integrations.
  • Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud Consultant, Administrator, Developer).
  • Familiarity with other CRM platforms (e.g., Bloomreach, Smartico, HubSpot, Dynamics 365).
  • Knowledge of the iGaming industry and customer retention strategies.
  • Understanding of gambling regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in segmentation, targeting, and journey mapping.
