• Be a people person: Build quick connections with candidates, understand what makes them tick, and match them with the right opportunities.
• Keep things organised: Keep our ATS (Ashby) updated, accurate, and running like a dream because good data drives great decisions.
• Partner and learn: Work closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand business needs and make an impact fast.
