Job Profile:

  • To develop content for different forms of communication within the organisation. Research, create and edit engaging and informative content for various platforms, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

Key Performance Areas  

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and insights for content development for different programmes and projects within Necsa Group.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor content to enhance the quality and competitiveness of produced content.
  • Tailor content to target audiences, adhering to Necsa brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Create compelling headlines, taglines, and promotional content for brand positioning of Necsa brand.
  • Review and update existing content to ensure accuracy, freshness, and alignment with current standards on platforms such as Necsa website.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including all Necsa divisions to align content with overall strategies.
  • Ensure all Necsa official documents are proofread according to language norms and standards.
  • Provide specialised advice on language, grammar and terminology to colleagues and external role player.
  • Prepare speeches for Executive Management of the Necsa Group

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in English/ Journalism/Communications, or a related field (NQF Level 7).

Experience: 

  • At least 5 years of experience in content development, preferably in a similar industry.
