- To ensure all parts and tools needed are accounted for both physically and on the DMS and Oracle systems and are available to the Maintenance Artisan to perform their tasks for the Plant to run efficiently.

What will you do – Job Outputs
- Receiving all purchased items at the unit
- Ensure that quality of spares and material received is acceptable
- Ensure that quantity received matches the delivery note and purchase order
- Store all items into designated store areas in a secure manner
- Preparation for Maintenance Days (spares and consumables)
- Ensure accurate stock control rotation
- Issue items as per Job Cards to Artisans
- Maintain accurate records of transactions
- Investigating and solving variances
- Perform weekly cycle counts
- Create Purchase orders
- Batch all delivery notes, invoices and purchase orders and forward to Accounts Payable
- Housekeeping According to 5S standard.
