REQUIREMENTS :
- National Diploma in finance or relevant qualification and 2-3 years’ experience in finance. Computer literate. Valid driver’s licence.
DUTIES :
- Control and authorise creditor, sundry payments and journals. Checking and authorising payments due to other departments or suppliers such as: Telkom, Auditor General, Department of Justice (attorney’s claims), Transnet (Spoornet, XPS, PX), first Auto etc.
- Control and manage ledger accounts. Request reports and identify problems on a monthly basis.
- Perform all the administrative functions required of the job. Budget and financial management. Management of resources.
