The company employs a diverse workforce with a strong skill set in engineering.  We are currently seeking a Servicing Costing Administrator to join our team and help maintain the high standards our clients expect. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Assist in creating and maintaining job schedules and technician rosters
  • Liaise with technicians and clients to confirm availability
  • Ensure up-to-date tracking of servicing appointments
  • Capture and send quotes based on input from the service and electrical teams
  • Follow up on quotes and ensure SLA deadlines are met
  • Generate quote metrics for reporting 
  • Obtain purchase orders from clients
  • Process and send invoices as per quote and PO
  • Coordinate with internal teams for billing accuracy   
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients
  • Keep clients informed on the progress and scheduling of servicing work  
  • Ensure seamless order and goods processing for service jobs
  • Handle customer property, verify stock, and manage documentation
  • Coordinate deliveries, scan PODs, and complete job packs        

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a service or technical environment.
  • Experience using customer relationship management (CMR) systems or service management software (e.g. Jira, GP, Sage)
  • Familiarity with scheduling, order processing and service request coordination
  • Previous experience working with internal departments such as service teams, logistics, technical support is an advantage
