 Key Output

•  Develop learners and facilitate artisan development
•  Arrange and manage learning events
•  Coach artisans
•  Effective communication
•  Assess learners and artisans to comply with requirements
•  Liaise with Regional MERSETA on learnership registration, contracts and grants
•  Internal and External audits, and safety
•  Liaise with QCTO(Department of Labour) regarding assessment, moderation and accreditation
•  Manage DPC progress of artisans

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

•  Matric Grade 12
•  Computer literate – MS Office
•  Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
•  Sound product knowledge and team player
•  Registered Artisan. Certified NQF4. Mechanic in relevant trade with minimum 3 years post certification experience
•  Technical Representative/ Product analyst/Technical training instructor experience is an added advantage
•  Accuracy, attention to detail and good time management.
•  Sound communication skills
•  Registered/Certified assessor & moderator is an added advantage
