Service Advisor at SydSen Recruit

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and liaise with customers regarding service and repair requirements.
• Schedule appointments, manage workshop workflow, and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and service explanations to clients.
• Maintain clear communication with technicians, parts department, and management.
• Promote value-added services, warranties, and accessories to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

• 3 + Years experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry (premium or franchised dealership experience preferred but not essential).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, service procedures, and parts is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license.
