Senior Specialist: Employment Equity at City of Tshwane

Job Purpose 
To ensure that strategic employment equity services are rendered throughout the City of Tshwane

Requirements

• An appropriate three-year career-related tertiary qualification (national diploma or degree) in Human Resources, Management or any other study field related to the position
• At least eight years’ relevant working experience in an employment equity environment
• Supervisory experience will be an added advantage
• Physical fitness and health with the ability to work long hours, meet deadlines and visit outside workplaces if and when needed or to attend meetings after hours
• A valid Code B driving licence
• Computer literacy
