Purpose Statement
- Are you passionate about designing cutting-edge HR solutions that drive business transformation? We’re looking for a Solutions Architect specializing in HR systems, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIS components. In this pivotal role, you’ll report directly to the HR Product Head and play a key part in shaping our digital HR landscape.
- Bring your expertise in SuccessFactors, SAP HR, and integration tools like SAP Cloud Platform Integration and SAP Business Technology Platform. A solid understanding of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and data integration will set you apart as you architect scalable, future-ready solutions.
Education (Minimum)
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Information Technology – IT Engineering
Education (Ideal or Preferred)
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology
Knowledge and Experience
Must-Have Expertise:
- Proven mastery of SAP SuccessFactors across all modules, including seamless integration into SAP S/4HANA and the broader data estate.
- 5+ years’ experience in solution architecture, delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
- Strong knowledge of integration tools such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration, SAP Business Technology Platform, and APIs for connecting SuccessFactors with HR and Finance systems.
- Familiarity with the AWS Well-Architected Framework for designing secure, high-performing, and resilient cloud solutions.
Minimum Knowledge of:
- System architecture principles, including technical design and implementation processes.
- Systems analysis and design methodologies.
- UML or equivalent modeling languages.
- Technical test plan design and execution.
- IT systems development processes and application development best practices.
