Job Overview:
- Supervising staff.
- Ensure development and growth across all categories by achieving revenue and volume targets as per Annual Operating Plan.
- Market visits.
- Promote sales by introducing merchandising and display techniques to Sales Reps.
- Keeps the organization informed of competitor activity and customer status. Business development and growth of customer base.
- Ability to access, analyze sales and apply insights to sales reports to drive growth

- Obtain new business as per Annual Operating Plan
- Access and analyze reports to drive continuous improvement
- Management of staff
- Compile and implement sales & promotional plan
- Manage costs to stay within the AOP
- Visit and support customers
- Manage customer complaints
- Compile monthly Sales reports
Qualifications
- 3-year Business/Commercial Tertiary qualification or equivalent
- 3 years working experience in FMCG environment, with 1 year in a selling role/selling experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Leaderships skills
- Good communication skills
- Good clerical and computer skills
