- Rewardsco is seeking an exceptional Sales Operations Executive β International to take full ownership of our BPO sales operations across the US and UK markets.
- In this senior, hands-on leadership role, you will report directly to the Sales Director and serve as the most senior operational leader on-site during night shifts. You will be accountable for end-to-end operational excellence, revenue performance, client engagement, and profitability across all international campaigns.
Who weβre looking for:
- Accomplished leaders who have excelled in Head of Distribution, Senior Sales Operations, or International Sales Delivery roles.
- Proven experience scaling operations from 50 β 500+ seats, embedding operational best practices, and delivering measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead full operational delivery of international campaigns.
- Serve as the face of operations in client engagements.
- Drive sales results and floor productivity.
- Build high-impact teams and embed leadership readiness.
- Ensure high-calibre recruitment and campaign-aligned training.
- Advance QA, compliance, and operational maturity.
- Optimize dialler and data strategies.
- Own shift governance and real-time decision-making.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across people, process, and technology
Requirements
- 7β10+ years in senior operations/sales leadership; 3+ years managing international operations (US/UK preferred).
- Expertise in sales floor management, workforce planning, QA, dialler strategy, training, and compliance.
- Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making.
- Comfortable leading night-shift, multi-campaign operations.
- Clear criminal record.
