Responsibilities

What we’re looking for:

  • To supervise the performance and maintenance of the activities of the van sales representatives in order to achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organisation plans.
  • Achieving profit target for the area by manage the day to day execution of selling strategy in sales through Business development reps and One person routes.
  • Strong internal liaison with warehouse to ensure 100% on time delivery to customers and external liaison with 3rd Party Merchandising function to ensure execution in trade according to EDGE principles
  • Responsible for growing volume and value and driving market share as per KPI’s
  • Ensuring effective distribution of product to all outlets, to achieve customer satisfaction at all times
  • Ensure customer visits and work withs conducted as per KPI requirement in geographic area
  • Report to Regional sales operations Manager with matrix reporting to Area Sales Manager wholesale and Retail
  • Achieve customer compliancy rate weekly as per company standard
  • Responisble to achieving targets
  • Mandate management . deals and claims
  • Responsible for investment management
  • Instore Execution
  • Customer call implementation and controls

  • Ensure Service Levels are adhered to
  • Responsible for Returns and Pallets
  • Ensure appropriate caoshining and performance management is aimplemneted and adhered too
  • Responible for Reports eg. Open Orders , PACE , Utilisation Reports
  • Conducting Sales Meetings
  • Lead and direct team to achieve net objectives on a monthly basis Team leader

Qualifications

What will qualify you for the role:

  • Business related 3 year diploma or degree(sales, marketing, business management)
  • 3-5 years Managerial experience in FMCG environment
  • Valid Code 8 license
