Duties and Responsibilities 

  • To ensure that registration related queries received by students registering from home are received, resolved and or escalated.
  • To provide end-to-end registration support to students registering for all modes of study.
  • Calling students to come and register
  • Calling students to follow up on documents
  • Data capturing
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks

 Competencies required:

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Must be methodical/systematic
  • Experience in Word & Excel essential
  • Driver’s license and own transport essential
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and telephone manner
  • Superior organisational and administrative skills
  • Best suited to a service-oriented person
  • Friendly, presentable, organised and able to work well under pressure
  • High Initiative
  • Excellent follow up skills

Minimum Education requirements:

  • Minimum of Grade 12/Matric
  • Diploma (NQF 6) is advantageous. 

 Minimum Work Experience requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years relevant (Reception/Admin) working experience. Must be computer literate (Word & Excel)
