Duties and Responsibilities
- To ensure that registration related queries received by students registering from home are received, resolved and or escalated.
- To provide end-to-end registration support to students registering for all modes of study.
- Calling students to come and register
- Calling students to follow up on documents
- Data capturing
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
Competencies required:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Must be methodical/systematic
- Experience in Word & Excel essential
- Driver’s license and own transport essential
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and telephone manner
- Superior organisational and administrative skills
- Best suited to a service-oriented person
- Friendly, presentable, organised and able to work well under pressure
- High Initiative
- Excellent follow up skills
Minimum Education requirements:
- Minimum of Grade 12/Matric
- Diploma (NQF 6) is advantageous.
Minimum Work Experience requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years relevant (Reception/Admin) working experience. Must be computer literate (Word & Excel)
