- Reporting to the Factory Manager | Manufacturing Sector
- A seasoned Quality Manager is required to lead the quality function within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- The role involves overseeing quality operations, regulatory compliance, and ensuring all products meet the highest internal and external quality standards.
- You will supervise the QC team, manage audits (ISO, HACCP, SEDEX), and drive a culture of continuous improvement in quality assurance practices across the facility.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma in Total Quality Management (essential); Degree in Quality Management (advantageous)
- Certified in ISO 9000, ISO 22000 / HACCP
- Auditing qualification (internal or external)
Experience & Technical Skills:
- 5–8 years’ experience in manufacturing quality/technical roles
- Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 31000, OHSAS 18001
- Skilled in the use and calibration of measuring instruments
- Fully computer literate and proficient in quality systems (CAQ, SPC, IG, CCM)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience leading customer and compliance audits
- Knowledge of SharePoint systems and sample approval workflows
- Ability to train and assess staff on quality protocols and SOPs
Key Competencies:
- Strong supervisory and decision-making capabilities
- Analytical and audit management skills
- Effective communication and documentation ability
- Skilled in customer complaint resolution and product specification management
