Job Description
- Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer, is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure product and process compliance with company and customer standards. The successful candidate will implement quality systems, drive corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent in Quality/Engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ automotive or industrial experience
- At least 2 years in quality control, assurance, or engineering
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems and procedures
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective/preventive actions
- Manage PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plan documentation
- Collaborate with customers and suppliers to resolve quality issues
- Monitor process capability and performance to meet quality targets
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
