Job Purpose    

  • To provide administration support within the allocation section to ensure the smooth flow of information.

Key Responsibility Areas    

  • Attend to administrative duties for the section.
  • Atten to customer services.
  • Prepare essential documents for the sales procedures.
  • To prepare essential documents for the sales procedures.
  • Prescreening of substitutions applications.
  • Undertake capturing and record keeping.
  • Capture all details from the substitution from into the Housing Development Program system (HDP) for new applicants details to be stored on the system.

Essential Requirements

  • 3 years relevant experience
