Job Purpose
- To provide administration support within the allocation section to ensure the smooth flow of information.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Attend to administrative duties for the section.
- Atten to customer services.
- Prepare essential documents for the sales procedures.
- To prepare essential documents for the sales procedures.
- Prescreening of substitutions applications.
- Undertake capturing and record keeping.
- Capture all details from the substitution from into the Housing Development Program system (HDP) for new applicants details to be stored on the system.

Essential Requirements
