  • Are you a passionate and experienced chef looking to make your mark in the kitchen? We are seeking a dedicated Part-time Breakfast Chef to join our team!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the kitchen team, inspiring and guiding employees to achieve excellence.
  • Manage food costs and revenue generation through effective menu planning and cost-cutting strategies.
  • Utilise company documentation to maintain accurate production records and implement effective waste management practices.
  • Ensure daily order completion and adherence to service standards.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly stock takes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to management.
  • Recommend and promote innovative menu ideas to enhance our offerings.
  • Oversee cleaning rosters to ensure a hygienic and efficient food production environment.
  • Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Morning shifts from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with occasional lunch service.
  • Competitive hourly rate, negotiable based on experience.
