ABOUT THE ROLE:
- This role is a permanent full-time position.
- As an Operator Scaler , you will be responsible to make working faces safe by means of a Scaler.
Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
- Scaling of Hanging wall and sidewalls by means of a mechanic Scaler;
- Conducting pre starts on the mentioned TMM;
- Any other duties that requires the use of the Scaler;
- General housekeeping and upholding of standards;
- Instill section 22 and 23 of the mine Health and safety.
ABOUT YOU:
- You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
- Must have a minimum of 1 year working experience in a mining environment;
Qualifications for this role are:
- Grade 12 with mathematics;
- Mobile equipment license is essential;
- Valid drivers license is essential;
