Job Description
- Laduma Bet is a small startup in the online betting business, and they are currently recruiting for Online Betting Clerks / Call Centre Staff to join their operations team, reporting to the Senior Manager. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—assisting them with placing bets, handling account queries, and ensuring a seamless betting experience. If you have a good head for numbers, a love of sports, and a passion for great service, this is the role for you.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via phone, live chat, and email
- Assist customers with placing bets, understanding odds, and using the platform
- Deliver a professional, friendly, and efficient customer experience
- Customer account management and transaction processing
- Assist customers with daily account queries
- Work shifts including evenings, weekends & public holidays
Educational Requirements
- Matric Level (Grade 12) tertiary education is a advantage
Experience Requirements
- Customer service experience is advantageous
