Job description
- Monitor and report on overall Data Centre availability and capacity optimization
- Advise on the design, build, and oversee hosting of all ICT equipment in a
- physical secure environment by performing installations, decommissioning of equipment
- Support the sustainability of engagements with all Group IT functions
- Perform Data Centre implementation strategies related to all towers of service and successful hosting of all types of different hardware (servers, network, storage, etc.)
- Assist the Data Centre Manager with planning and researching new Data Centre Technology Solutions
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
- National Diploma in Information Management / Information Systems/Information Sciences at NQF 6 with 240 Credits
Related Minimum Experience:
- 3 years’ experience on Data Centre environments and critical infrastructure systems
