Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of new vehicles to individual and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Manage the entire sales process from enquiry to delivery.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance objectives.
- Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations confidently.
- Handle finance applications, trade-in evaluations, and all related administration accurately.
- Stay updated on new models, features, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of new vehicle sales experience with evidence of sales achievements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Target-driven with a strong work ethic and passion for sales.
- Computer literate, familiar with dealership management systems (DMS).
- Valid driver’s license.
