Description
- The Investment Consultant has the responsibility of supporting the effective and efficient running of the current My Investments business. The Investment Consultant will be responsible for servicing the needs of existing and potential My Investments clients.
- The role provides the opportunity to work in a fast moving, creative and challenging environment as part of a multi-skilled team. Furthermore, the role promotes exposure across Private Bank and Wealth & Investment.
As an Investment Consultant you will be responsible for:
- Servicing clients through our digital, telephonic and email channels.
- Providing intermediary administrative services to the Private Banking client base for the My Investments product offering, ensuring compliance with relevant legislative requirements.
- Facilitate Section 14, Preservation fund and other investment transfers.
- Whilst providing the above services, you will be expected to approach each interaction even in a simple query with a sales and service mindset.
- Execute investment service requests efficiently, including processing client transactions, managing account updates, and ensuring timely execution of trades.
- Deliver exceptional telephonic service and assist clients with online navigation and product related queries, adhering to our client service principles.
- Proactively engage with clients to resolve queries, provide updates on investment activities, and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Ensure day-to-day client service operations run smoothly, responding to client and internal stakeholder requests in line with service principles.
- Administer client requests effectively, ensuring that all documentation is processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the current operating model, including the development of internal controls and ad-hoc testing.
- Administer various systems and processes, identifying opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency improvements.
