Introduction
- To ensure that production and business receive the support required to conduct smooth running of operations and maximize profitability of the Cabling Portfolio within Construction Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Management, which involves the development and management of the overall business strategy and leadership
- Active involvement in actual project performance across Cabling projects
- Ensure that all activities are carried out as per the documented processes and comply with the requirements of ISO and OHSAS certification
- Financial management, Portfolio budget planning, monitoring, and cash flow management.
- Ensure effective and efficient manpower scheduling and control in terms of production planning, utilization, training, and employee relations

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
- B Eng./ B-Tech Degree (Civil/ Mechanical /Electrical and or B Sc (Quality Surveyor) or equivalent Qualification.
- Relevant Management Qualification (e.g., Management Development Programme).
Experience:
- 7 years of Management experience in Power Generation, Transmission, or Distribution Industry; Construction Industry, or Industry of similar Operational processes
