Key Outputs
Ownership and data maintenance of all product support data sources and providing timely and accurate information to Product Support Management
Produce regular Aftersales Sales force activity reports for management review
- Track and manage leads raised through digital platforms
- Activate and manage end to end process of credit claiming for Power
- Grow aftersales systems adoption and customer coverage

Qualification, Experience and Competencies
- Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering / B Com degree (Economics or Finance majors)
- Research and Analysis skills (and scenario planning)
- Proficient in advanced Excel, MS power point and data modelling
- Knowledge of Project Management principles and processes
- 2-5 years
