REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration or Relevant Degree, Honours Degree will be an added advantage
- Computer literacy
- Code EB driver’s license
- 5-7 years’ administration experience, and at least 2 years at supervisory level

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifies with the broad Corporate Administrative strategy and, defines/ addresses critical functional requirements to support the Corporate Services departmental objectives.
- Manages the key corporate functional areas of Council Support and Records management sections.
- Directs and controls outcomes associated with utilization, productivity and performance of personnel within the section
- Develops, review and implement functional policies
- Manages the functioning and document management of specific decision-making processes associated with meetings of council, executive and other committees of Council
- Manages administration processes associated with vacancies and appointment on Council
- Manages the implementation of an organization wide system for the management of diverse range of records
