Minimum Requirements:
- Admitted attorney;
- 8 – 10 years of management experience;
- Thorough knowledge of Civil Litigation and General Litigation;
- Good experience of High Court Litigation will serve as a recommendation;
- Thorough knowledge of Insolvency Law is a strong recommendation;
- Thorough knowledge of Legislation, Civil Procedure and Case Law is required.
- Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities: (Not all inclusive)
- Management of collections and legal processes;
- Management of criminal cases;
- Drafting and reviewing of contracts;
- Management of personnel;
- Management and administration of properties and trademarks;
- Provision of legal advice to the OVK group;
- Compliance, BEE and Company Secretarial duties.
