Job Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology.
- A minimum of three years of teaching experience at a tertiary institution, or five years of professional experience in a relevant field.
- A record of published academic work is essential. Registration as an Industrial Psychologist will be considered an added advantage.
Duties:
- Deliver lectures in Industrial Psychology within the Department of Human Resource Management and Labour Relations.
- Supervise postgraduate students in their academic research and studies.
- Conduct original research and contribute to scholarly publications, including journal articles and book chapters.
- Participate actively in the University’s community engagement and outreach programmes.
