- A degree in Social Development, Community Development, Social Science, Humanities, Education or Adult Education.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (highly advantageous)
- Tutoring/mentoring experience
- PGCE (highly advantageous)
- Community development/facilitation experience (highly advantageous)
- Organised, with excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills required
