Law Enforcement Officer at Greater Tzaneen Municipality

• Salary: R 477 109. 80 per annum (Job level 8)

Job Purpose:

• To ensure a safe, accident free, user friendly town with effective traffic law enforcement.
• Key Performance Areas: The Law Enforcement Officer must ensure that the daily work is done to satisfaction and to achieve the necessary objectives of Council
• Monitoring adherence to traffic law enforcement 
• Performing ad-hoc inspections and observations to identify defective road signs and marks and traffic flow problems 
• Facilitate the issuing of summons and notices Controlling traffic for funerals, school patrol, accident or other purposes. Performing driver activities using a vehicle to transport equipment and people.
• Requirements:
• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) Traffic Diploma and 
• one (01) year relevant experience.
• The applicant must possess good communication skills Code A and EC Driver’s license
