Relationship Development & Account Growth in the Motor Dealer Space
- Identify and influence key decision-makers within Dealerships, and Develop long-term, trusted partnerships across all dealership levels.
- Map dealership structures to uncover buying centres and partnership levers.
- Pitch and present tailored insurance solutions that fit each dealer’s unique business model.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Be the glue between field sales, telesales, operations, and product teams ensuring aligned execution.
- Drive joint success with Office Bound Sales operation teams to service relationships
Operational Excellence
- Keep close tabs on your prospecting activity. Think updated CRM records with prospecting travel logs, outcomes, and partner profiles.
- Provide constant updates from highlighting risks, and spotting growth opportunities early.
- Continuous Self-development within the Insurance, Motor Trade and Technology sectors.
.What You Bring
- Proven experience in B2B sales/Account Management (Motor Trade or Insurance Sector preferred)
- Strong communication skills: persuasive, concise, and confident with senior stakeholders.
- Sound commercial judgment and understanding of revenue drivers in motor retail.
- Excellent planning and execution skills you know how to run a pipeline.
- Data-informed decision-making and the ability to spot trends and opportunities early.
