MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Tertiary qualification in Agriculture (advantageous)
- Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and digital monitoring systems.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Adaptable, organized and passionate about sustainable production
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
- Plan and monitor pest control, fertilization and planting programs.
- Monitor cultivar trials and planting.
- Manage technical staff and production activities.
- Ensure compliance with standards such as Global GAP, Farming for the Future, DAFF and Siza
- Develop and implement standard procedures and training for production practices.
- Purchase and manage pest control and fertilization expertise
