Duties & Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential clients, industries, and market segments
- Conduct competitor analysis to support strategic positioning
- Assist with outreach campaigns including cold calling and email engagement
Client Engagement
- Schedule and prepare for client meetings, ensuring all materials are ready
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Assist in crafting compelling presentations and tailored proposals
Sales Support
- Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and conversion rates
- Support the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals
- Liaise with internal departments to gather relevant information for client solutions
Reporting & Administration
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and feedback
- Compile weekly activity reports for management review
- Ensure all documentation complies with internal standards and processes

Qualifications
