Qualifications
- Matric or NQF level 5
- National Diploma or bachelorās degree (NQF Level 7) in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering
- Six Sigma Green Belt (Advantage)
Experience
- 1- 2 years of experience with Enterprise Supply Chain Technology
- Project management
- Knowledge and Experience with Enterprise Platforms such as AX, D365,Power BI, Excel, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
- ERP Supply Chain Modules including Order Management, Demand/Supply Planning, and Customer Service Deep understanding of chain of custody for critical value streams such as Lifecycle Management
Duties
Support Snr Business Analyst to establish project approach and timeline:
- Support the Snr Business Analyst in leading and executing the documenting of the current-state and future-state business process requirements including data flows, configurations, and reporting needs
- Assist in training of new users
- Support in Implementation and setting up of systems
