Responsibilities:
- Support the identification and research of potential financial advisers for acquisition.
- Assist in preparing and coordinating documents required for the adviser appointment and approval process.
- Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure acquisition and onboarding processes are followed and timelines met.
- Provide administrative support on strategic initiatives relating to adviser acquisitions under the guidance of senior team members or regional managers.
- Help compile and maintain materials related to the adviser value proposition.
- Track acquisition progress and assist with related reporting and follow-ups.
- Own and coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for newly appointed advisers with Regional Managers.
- Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Compliance, IT, etc.) to ensure operational readiness and seamless integration.
- Conduct onboarding sessions to introduce advisers to PSG’s tools, systems, culture, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor onboarding effectiveness and continuously improve the experience based on feedback and performance insights.
- Provide first-line support to advisers in their initial months to ensure business continuity and advisor engagement.
- Track early-stage adviser performance and proactively resolve onboarding-related issues or delays.
Minimum requirements:
- Completed business qualification such as BCom, CA or CFP
- Experience in the analysis of financial information and / or valuation processes within the financial services industry
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
- Computer literacy (MS Office including Advanced Excel)
