ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS 
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Matric/Grade 12 
• Three-year diploma in ICT  

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: 

• 3 Years’ experience in corporate ICT Service Desk including Point of Sale, Ticketing system Support in a Windows OS and SQL environment.  

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB 

• The purpose of this job is to maintain the hardware and software components of DMTP ICT environment. Moreover, the role provides related ICT services the DMTP end-users through the ICT Service Desk.
