IT Technical Support Learnership at iMasFinance

Job Description

• iMasFinance, an authorised financial services provider, invites applications for a 12-month Information Technology Technical Support Learnership.  This programme offers structured learning and practical workplace experience, leading to an NQF Level 4 qualification.

Key Learning Areas Include, but not limited to:

• Workstation setup and maintenance
• Troubleshooting and resolving IT incidents
• Escalating issues to third-level support
• Providing telephonic technical assistance
• Supporting hardware and software rollouts
• Reporting and feedback to management
• Ongoing coaching, training and mentoring

Eligibility Criteria:

• Grade 12 with Mathematics and/or Accounting
• Minimum Level 4 (50%) in Maths, English, and a second language
• Relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage
• Demonstrated interest in IT Networks and IT Security
• Not currently employed or enrolled in any studies
• Open to previously disadvantaged youth
• Available to start in December 2025
