Job Description

Qualifications    

  • Relevant IT certification is essential

Knowledge, Skills and Experience    

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar IT Administrator, Systems Administrator, or IT Support role in IT Helpdesk.
  • Strong knowledge of Google workspace and server environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, or Google Workspace).
  • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working with budgets and numbers

Key Responsibilities    

  • Provide first line support to staff across the organisation with general IT administration.
  • Logging tickets for various IT platforms and assisting with ensuring tickets are logged and escalated to relevant departments to resolve.
  • Assist the IT department with all finance related queries, loading all vendors, processing of payments, follow up on all invoices and general administration related to purchase orders.
  • Schedule and arranging couriers to assist in sending equipment to stores.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes for employees.
  • Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and system migrations.
  • Support the IT department with general administrative functions
