Description
- Assist with implementing the unit operations plan by understanding key activities and performance measures, communicating with stakeholders, and monitoring daily execution.
- Report on performance by tracking progress against targets, identifying concerns, and submitting clear, timely reports quarterly and as needed.
- Comply with policies by staying up to date, participating in training, and resolving policy-related queries daily and as needed.
- Follow established processes by applying current procedures correctly and addressing issues or concerns as they arise.
- Support the internal communication strategy by engaging stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging, fostering employee engagement, aligning with organisational goals and industry trends, and reviewing the strategy periodically.
- Execute internal communications by collaborating with leadership, global partners, and third-party service providers, including the development of internal newsletters, intranet content, and employee announcements.
- Execute internal communication releases by drafting clear and timely messages for internal audiences, ensuring clarity, alignment, and impact.
- Arrange internal events, business events, exhibitions, sponsorship activities, and conferences by coordinating with stakeholders, directing planning and logistics, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and industry calendars.
- Arrange logistics for leadership briefings, employee functions, and engagement programmes.
- Ensure consistent implementation of the Enaex corporate identity by assisting to define brand guidelines, overseeing branded collateral production, and supporting departments in maintaining brand consistency across all materials.
- Support sales teams with the development and distribution of marketing materials, brochures, and other promotional literature.
- Oversee sponsorships for product divisions by identifying event objectives, allocating budgets, negotiating sponsorships, ensuring effective activation, and evaluating results against performance metrics.
- Utilise digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and AI-driven solutions to enhance campaign targeting, personalisation, and employee engagement.
- Explore and implement innovative technologies to improve marketing efficiency and the overall employee experience.
- Track and report on engagement analytics to evaluate effectiveness and optimise communication strategies.
- Assist to define departmental budgets. Implement and manage expenditure within budget by understanding cost components, approving spending in alignment with financial policies, and conducting monthly reviews.
- Monitor actual expenditure by analysing financial reports, identifying anomalies or areas of concern, and executing timely corrective actions.
- Monitor SHE performance by establishing clear standards, ensuring timely completion of monitoring activities, and resolving issues within defined deadlines.
- Maintain ongoing SHE compliance by reviewing current practices, identifying deviations, and correcting them within established timelines.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders by facilitating regular communication, exchanging feedback, and supporting collaboration.
- Manage service provider performance by tracking service level agreements, monitoring delivery against standards, identifying issues, and applying corrective actions when necessary.
- Contribute to the team by actively participating in team events, identifying areas where support is needed, and providing the necessary assistance.

Requirements
- SAP, MS Office, Basic graphic design, Analytical tools
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, social media management tools)
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
- B Com / BA in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or similar
- Driver’s license
- Post Graduate Diploma in Business management or similar (Advantageous)
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing and communication
- Experience in AI-driven marketing tools, digital and automation platforms. Advantageous)
- Knowledge of the mining or industrial sector. (Advantageous)
- Proven track record and experience in B2B marketing and stakeholder communications. (Advantageous)
