Role Overview:

  • We’re looking for a proactive Hilti Store Representative to join our sales team. You will have a passion for sales, and you’ll develop broad product knowledge across the complete Hilti catalogue to offer a worldclass retail and customer experience (CX) to our customers.

Role Responsibilities:

  • As a Hilti Store representative, you’ll look after our retail store, serving local clients ranging from sole traders to large construction projects. It’s a busy, hands-on role, where you’ll demonstrate our products, cross-sell our software and services, and advise customers on the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs. Between serving customers, you’ll carry out day-to-day processes like entering orders, receiving goods, accepting repairs, managing inventories, and developing a customer base through proactive contact and sales.

What You Need Is:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma (Sales, Marketing, Business, or industry related) – Is advantageous.
  • Min 2 years client- facing sales experience and/or customer experience. 
  • Superior verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • A high level of English communication skills.
  • An analytical, result-oriented, and pro-active mindset with a team oriented, self-driven attitude.
  • A proven track-record as a top-performer who consistently meets and exceeds goals.
  • A willingness to work in a sales-driven environment.
