- We’re on the hunt for a detail-driven, people-focused Group Reservations Manager to lead our central reservations team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love optimising systems and have a knack for making guests feel valued before they even check in—this role could be your perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the reservations team across all our hotels and lodges
- Train, lead, and support the reservations team to deliver exceptional service
- Manage incoming enquiries via phone, email and online platforms
- Maximise room occupancy and revenue through effective rate and inventory strategies
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Front Office and Revenue teams
- Monitor OTA listings for accuracy and ensure system consistency
- Handle VIP, group, and corporate bookings with care and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations and special requests
- Analyse booking trends and generate performance reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior reservations or Reservations Manager role
- Solid knowledge of PMS/CRS systems (Opera, Protel or similar)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confident handling high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Previous experience in a Group Reservations Manager position will be advantageous
