About the Role
- As our Homeware Graphic Designer & Trend Specialist, you’ll bring beautiful, thoughtful design to life across packaging, branding, and marketing assets, while staying ahead of evolving lifestyle and homeware trends. Your work will ensure that Poetry’s homeware offering continues to feel fresh, elegant, and aligned with our brand DNA.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop packaging and graphic design for Poetry’s homeware products, ensuring a premium look and feel.
- Research and forecast homeware trends (colours, materials, graphic elements) and adapt them for Poetry’s market.
- Create style guides, mood boards, and seasonal direction to support buying and marketing teams.
- Work collaboratively to translate global inspirations into designs relevant to the Poetry customer.
- Ensure all design work reflects the nuances of Poetry’s brand identity.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in packaging and graphic design (homeware/lifestyle/fashion retail experience an advantage).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop essential).
- Proven portfolio showcasing packaging and brand-led design work.
- Strong understanding of trend research and application, particularly in homeware.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for homeware and lifestyle aesthetics.
- Strong appreciation for Poetry’s brand values and visual identity.
