What you’ll be doing:
Social Media & Campaign Design
- Create engaging visuals for social media (organic and paid).
- Work with content creators to develop both static and animated content.
Advertising & Communications
- Design digital and print ads, direct marketing materials (emails, newsletters), and partner communications.
- Ensure designs are performance-driven and aligned with brand guidelines.
Infographics & Content Visuals
- Turn complex ideas into clear, pet-friendly infographics and listicle-style graphics.
- Elevate blog and newsletter content with engaging visuals.
Collateral & Document Design
- Design policy documents, brochures, training material, and flyers for customers and internal teams.
- Ensure legal and compliance elements are presented clearly and consistently.
Events & Trade Shows
- Develop visuals for banners, booths, giveaways, and printed materials for events.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Motion Graphics & Video Support
- Create basic animations and motion graphics to support video content.
- Collaborate with video editors to integrate graphics smoothly.
Presentations
- Design visually impactful, brand-aligned internal and external presentations.
What you’ll need to succeed
- 3+ years’ experience as a Graphic Designer (in-house or agency).
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and/or Canva.
- Experience with Figma for collaborative design work.
- Strong layout, colour theory, and typography skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Self-discipline and independence: comfortable working remotely across time zones.
Bonus skills and nice-to-haves
- Experience designing in compliance-heavy industries like insurance, finance, or healthcare.
- A love for pets or an interest in pet-related content.
- An eye for performance-driven design and evolving visual identities.
